The Firm

Our client, a Commercial law firm based in the West End, are seeking a Post Completion Paralegal to join their busy team.

The Opportunity

The successful Post Completion Paralegal will be a highly organised and diligent individual who has excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a positive 'can do' attitude and maintain a friendly and professional attitude within the firm.

Duties to include:

  • Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
  • Setting up Stamp Duty Land Tax payments
  • Completing and submitting Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with fee earners to address Land Registry requisitions
  • Obtaining policy certificates
  • Drafting letters to lenders to notify of completion of registration
  • Scanning documents
  • Renewing land registry priority searches
  • General support to the conveyancing department

This Post Completion Paralegal is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Requirements

  • Post Completion Paralegal experience (desirable)
  • To have a basic understanding of conveyancing and Land Registry rules surrounding registration of properties
