Graduate Town Planner – RTPI Accredited Degree

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

The Role

  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
  • Undertaking planning research, site appraisals and policy reviews.
  • Supporting senior colleagues on a variety of projects across the UK.
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to planning statements and reports.

About You

  • An RTPI‑accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • A genuine passion for planning and the built environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous work experience or placement within a planning consultancy or local authority would be advantageous, but not essential.
