Job Description Clear Line Maintenance is a leading Principal Contractor with over 25 years of expertise in façade installation and remediation. We specialise in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling and cladding systems. With a reputation for excellence, we are at the forefront of delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality façade solutions to our clients. Scope: We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator with extensive experience in façade systems and, ideally, a background in remediation projects. The successful candidate must have prior experience working for a Principal Contractor and will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate costings, competitive tenders, and the successful delivery of complex façade projects.
