We’re on the lookout for a skilled Surveyor to join our commercial team, bringing valuable experience from sectors such as education, leisure, residential, or commercial units. Key Responsibilities
- Support the full commercial lifecycle of construction projects, from tender through to final account
- Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and subcontractor packages
- Carry out valuations, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
- Manage variations, change control, and payment applications
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with project managers, site teams, and consultants
- Contribute to risk management, value engineering, and procurement strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes
