Our client is a medium sized Developer that operates out of their head offices in London and carries out projects all around the most affluent areas of London. They are a respected developer with an excellent ethos and loyal supply chain. They are on a massive growth spur with over 10 years worth of land and passed planning, with over 1000 units to start build from September 2025 to February 2026 across 5 sites. All their projects are bespoke RC Frame or traditional apartments.

Job Description

You will be joining the business as a Construction Director and taking over the business with the assistance of the Managing Director. You will be responsible for circa 4-7 projects a year with multiple managers reporting directly to you.

You will have full autonomy to implement/improve the systems the business operates in, and you will have the power to build your own teams and determine how you want the sites run.

This truly is a one of a kind opportunity for someone to put a stamp on the company and the way construction operates. You will be an elemental part of the business strategy for the future and have great input in driving the company forward.

The client/stakeholders own the land they build on, there are no holding charges etc., and only 1 project will be within Gateway 2.

Ideal Candidate:

Energetic, hands-on, 3-4 days visiting sites and ensuring the works are run as desired, someone with a stable CV who can prove they have done this type of work before.
