We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work in Leicester as part of a small team where career development is available for the right candidate. Our client can offer flexibility with hours, either 9am - 5.30pm or 8am - 4.30pm.
As the Administrator, we are looking for the following:
- To drive the standard in customer service levels through the efficiency of the administration function.
- To take ownership and responsibility for managing the effective administration of processes and procedures for the supply of our products to major retail customers.
- To maximise the level of service within the business to provide exemplary service levels to customers.
Your key responsibilities are listed below:
- Ensure efficient processing of customer orders.
- Manage the high service level expectations of our customers to their satisfaction.
- In conjunction with the Account Manager, manage cordial relationships with staff in customers' designated departments.
- Ensure customer enquiries and queries are dealt with accurately, effectively, and within reasonable time frames.
- Liaise with our internal departments to ensure the process is achieving the required customer service level standard.
- Assist and support the Account Managers in the management of the customer business and relationship.
- Maintain a pivotal role in the supply chain as the stock provider for major customers.
To be successful as the Administrator, you must have processed orders before, be a self-manager of multiple resources, and be able to draw on experience in handling diverse tasks throughout the process. You should be a good communicator at all levels through all mediums, written, verbal, and face to face. An excellent manager of processes with attention to detail and a strong analytical approach is essential.
