We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant on behalf of our client—a dynamic and forward-thinking company offering innovative solutions across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and quoting support across UK and India divisions
  • Process and update EDI forecasts in SAP, resolving issues such as phase-out or error parts
  • Convert forecasts into sales orders and manage arrears for the upcoming week
  • Generate and print packing lists for the Production and Dispatch teams
  • Manage customer export documents and support customs clearance processes
  • Assist the sales and purchasing teams with internal quotes and data entry
  • Support with various IT tasks, internal reporting, and document filing
  • Maintain the internal filing system and collate manufacturing information

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration or office support
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP (desirable)
