An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a Legal 500-ranked Residential Real Estate team at a highly respected regional law firm with a strong and established presence. The firm is known for delivering high-quality, practical advice and for its collaborative and supportive culture. Lawyers are given real autonomy, visible responsibility and clear, achievable progression. This role will suit an ambitious residential property lawyer looking to take ownership of their work while playing a meaningful role in a growing and well-regarded team. About You You will be a technically strong, commercially minded and client-focused residential property lawyer with: • over 4 years’ PQE in residential real estate • Proven experience managing a full caseload independently • Strong technical ability and attention to detail • Confidence handling demanding clients and complex matters • Sound knowledge of AML requirements, including robust SoF and SoW checks • Ability to meet billing targets and contribute to winning new work • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A professional, proactive and personable personal brand Business Development
