An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a Legal 500-ranked Residential Real Estate team at a highly respected regional law firm with a strong and established presence. About You You will be a technically strong, commercially minded and client-focused residential property lawyer with: • over 4 years’ PQE in residential real estate • Proven experience managing a full caseload independently • Strong technical ability and attention to detail • Confidence handling demanding clients and complex matters • Sound knowledge of AML requirements, including robust SoF and SoW checks • Ability to meet billing targets and contribute to winning new work • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A professional, proactive and personable personal brand Business Development
