Dalton Recruitment is excited to be partnering with this internationally expanding IT services firm to secure them an L&D Consultant on a permanent, full-time basis to play a pivotal role in equipping their sales team to have the skills, knowledge, mindset and behaviours to thrive. They are on a mission to enhance the capability of the sales teams, enabling them to unlock their potential and achieve high performance.
The role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 in their Manchester offices, 2 from home) and attracts a base salary between £45,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
What you'll be doing:
- Stakeholder Management - working with your key sales stakeholders to understand their area's capability development needs, business priorities, and performance goals. Provide upskilling solutions and initiatives for impact.
- Program Management - manage and develop new and current upskilling campaigns and structured programmes. Being responsible and taking ownership of the full lifecycle from design through to results and ensuring business impact.
- Coaching and Facilitation - coaching and facilitating in 1-to-1 and group settings virtually and face-to-face across upskilling initiatives, programmes and targeted campaigns.
- Partner Management - managing key partner relationships through QBRs, researching new partners, and onboarding for specific initiatives.
- Strategic Projects - represent L&D within business strategic projects acting in some cases as a representative and in others taking a leading role.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning interventions for sales teams.
- A track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders and leadership to align L&D initiatives with business priorities.
- Ability to measure and report on the impact of learning interventions, using analytics and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of instructional design theory and learning experience design.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering training both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
- A willingness and ability to travel for stakeholder meeting and facilitation within the UK.
