The opportunity: Join a small but growing sales function with big plans for the year, as this already highly successful business continues their growth trajectory. Focusing on Northern Europe, UK & I, you’ll work closely with the CRO and Head of Sales to drive revenue, predominantly through warm, inbound leads. Outbound efforts and self-generation are desirable. Joining a team of 3, you’ll sit pre-booked demos generated through significant marketing and sales development investment. Take control of your pipeline, your revenue number, and your earning potential! This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to push their sales career forward, working for a business that will only continue to expand!

Who fits this role:

  • Experience and track record in SaaS Sales, personally delivering a new business sales quota.
  • Fully fluent in German to a native speaking level.
  • Self-motivated and keen to make a difference.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into action.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • £50,000 basic with a double (uncapped) OTE - £100k
