Lawes is assisting with recruitment for an Insurance Brokerage that specialises in travel insurance products and schemes. They are looking for a Trainee Insurance Advisor to join the team and assist with the incoming queries and any other duties needed. This role would suit someone looking to start their career within Insurance with a customer service/sales focussed role. Full training and development provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for answering incoming calls from customers.
- Managing the Live Chat messages and requests.
- Reading and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with accurate quotes for their insurance cover.
- Ensure customers have the correct cover for their requirements.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents such as evidence of cover.
- Data entry and general admin duties.
- Ad-hoc duties as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).
- Understanding and want to work in Insurance.
- Experience within Customer Service, Sales or Administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong IT skills including all MS Office.
