This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both remotely and from their modern office in Kent. As a D365 Developer, youll be instrumental in delivering and enhancing Dynamics 365 solutions to support transformative projects, ensuring seamless functionality and optimised performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement customisations, configurations, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions. Build and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom entities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment. Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with security standards. Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams. Stay updated on new D365 features to enhance solutions. Skills & Experience Required Were seeking a candidate with: Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, ideally in contract roles. Expertise in D365 customizations, configurations, and integrations. Proficiency in development tools such as C#, .NET, Power Platform, and JavaScript . Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus). Strong knowledge of SQL Server, data migrations, and system upgrades. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
