A highly respected Yorkshire law firm with a strong presence in the legal sector is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their team. With over 200 years of history, the firm has built a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a background in corporate transactions to lead cases, manage high-calibre clients, and enhance technical and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on corporate finance, acquisitions, mergers, MBOs, and joint ventures
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including shareholder and partnership agreements
- Providing guidance on company formations, LLP compliance, and governance
- Handling distributor, agency, and franchise agreements
- Experience in employment, intellectual property, or commercial property law is advantageous
- 6+ years PQE with experience in corporate and commercial law
- A proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships
- Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
- Regular access to a car is preferred
