Our client is looking for a freelance Senior Planner with proven delivery across major infrastructure and capital projects. Expert in Primavera P6, NEC3 Contract Option C, and driving robust programme controls from tender through to close-out.
Key Capabilities:
- Primavera P6 Expertise – Full lifecycle scheduling, logic-driven programmes, progress updates, and forensic analysis.
- NEC3 ECC Option C Compliance – Deep understanding of target cost contracts, programme acceptance, early warnings, and change management under Clauses 30, 31.1 and 31.2.
- High-Quality Reporting – Produces client-ready reports: Earned Value, Variance Analysis, Float Trends, and Delay Narratives.
- Programme Development – Converts scope into fully cost- and resource-loaded programmes aligned to contract requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Works closely with PMs, commercial teams, and clients to keep delivery on track.
Project Experience Includes:
