We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our client's Medical Negligence team due to growth within the business.

Main duties:
- Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on liability, causation, and quantum in clinical negligence matters.
- Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments.
- Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service.
What we need from you:
- 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
- Extensive PI and Clinical Negligence experience.
- Autonomous and self-sufficient.
- Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
- Strong technical and IT skills.
