Are you an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career further? FIND is working with a large Multi Academy Trust to recruit a new HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function within one of their schools, ensuring full compliance with HR policies relating to schools, employment legislation, and best practices. This is an exciting role that can offer a supportive and collaborative working environment where staff are valued and encouraged to grow.
The ideal candidate for this role is from an education or public sector background. This role is based on site and is a Term Time only plus 2 weeks role - 41 weeks of the year. The actual salary for this role is £29,500 - £34,000 depending on experience and CIPD level obtained.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support and guidance to school leadership and staff
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
- Oversee employee relations, absence management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure policies and procedures align with employment law and safeguarding standards
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices
- Experience working in an HR role, ideally within education
