Your mission will be to drive income and achieve ambitious targets for renewals, cross-selling, and new business within agreed timelines and budgets.
As a corporate account executive, you will:
- Leverage your exceptional product knowledge across corporate/retail insurance to forge strong and lasting client relationships.
- Cultivate robust relationships with key insurers and underwriters to secure optimal terms for clients.
- Provide expert advice to clients on their existing insurance programs, ensuring they have the best possible coverage for their needs.
- Exceed new business targets through effective collaboration with business developers and proactive lead generation.
- Identify and strategically capitalise on cross-selling opportunities within your existing client portfolio.
- Represent the brokerage at high-level client meetings, contributing insightful expertise.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on client retention, achieving specified revenue growth targets within your book.
- Develop and implement innovative sales plans to drive growth.
- Initiate and nurture credible dialogues with potential new corporate clients.
- Master and effectively apply fee negotiation processes to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide support to team workloads and actively participate in firm governance initiatives.
- Maintain exemplary written and verbal communication in all interactions.
- Effectively utilise strong administrative and PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acturis Broking systems.
