Wise May are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a progressive Law firm, who are based in a vibrant office in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a varied role, working with different teams throughout the organisation to provide support across business development, marketing and event initiatives. Full time role, with hybrid working - 4 days a week in the office (Monday-Thursday) and Fridays you can work remotely. The working hours are 9am-5pm.

Marketing Coordinator duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to help produce Marketing and Business Development materials including but not limited to: pitches, client alerts, newsletters and blogs.
  • Tracking key dates/deadlines for directories and awards, and assisting with preparing submissions.
  • Maintenance of practice area credentials, key deals, awards, and deal reporting.
  • Gathering and collating business content from the team to support regular internal communications.
  • Maintenance of website information in relation to employee biographies and credentials.
  • Working with the events team to provide support for internal and client events.
  • Researching tasks covering clients, competitors and the wider market.

Marketing Coordinator key skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a marketing role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Knowledge of Merger Markets is highly desirable.
  • Experience of using Microsoft products, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Display a willing and enthusiastic flexible approach to work, with enthusiasm to learn.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Highly organised.
