Brand new role for BAs in the West Midlands! I’m working with a very exciting Travel-Tech business in the Midlands who are looking to add a Business Analyst, with a strong product mindset to the team! They are pioneering the way in their field and after more success with current projects they are further growing the team.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to build detailed specifications that support our product timeline.
- Support MVP builds and find optimal solutions, approaching challenges pragmatically to achieve the best results.
- Engage with clients directly to gather requirements and develop solutions together.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or detailed-focused Product role.
- Proven ability to build specifications.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Keen eye for detail and creativity to help the technical team build solutions.
- Appreciation for good design.
