Coaching for the ETC you will plan, deliver and evaluate one session a week (Thursday evening) with an elite group of female players. You will also:
- Evaluate and record players' performances within sessions and games
- Monitor players and report their progress on a regular basis ensuring all players in the programme receive an appropriate challenge
- Attend internal meetings and CPD events provided by the Club

- Essential UEFA C Licence
- FA Safeguarding
- FA Emergency Aid
- Committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a passion for developing players
- Ability to work as part of a team and buy-in to a philosophy
- A positive and professional attitude and the ability to work with a range of individuals
Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance prior to taking the job role.
