Coaching for the ETC you will plan, deliver and evaluate one session a week (Thursday evening) with an elite group of female players. You will also:

  • Evaluate and record players' performances within sessions and games
  • Monitor players and report their progress on a regular basis ensuring all players in the programme receive an appropriate challenge
  • Attend internal meetings and CPD events provided by the Club

About You

  • Essential UEFA C Licence
  • FA Safeguarding
  • FA Emergency Aid
  • Committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a passion for developing players
  • Ability to work as part of a team and buy-in to a philosophy
  • A positive and professional attitude and the ability to work with a range of individuals

Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance prior to taking the job role.
