This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Commis Chef with TASTE CONTRACT CATERING LIMITED in London. The Sushi Commis Chef will be responsible for preparing and making sushi and maki, plating and boxing up for the customers whilst maintaining the highest possible quality and standards.
The Sushi Commis Chef will monitor dish ingredients, check the freshness of food, maintain high standards of hygiene, and possess good customer service skills whilst ensuring a positive customer experience and enhancing sales performance.
