About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, delivering a top-tier support experience.
  • Coordinate customer feedback emails and compile service reports.
  • Ensure service reports are reviewed and further actions are taken where necessary.
  • Generate and manage quotes, maintaining an organized quote log.
  • Resolve issues with credit control to keep accounts up-to-date.
  • Validate and update contract details within SME/CRM systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with stellar communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy, especially with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
