My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business. They are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor or Conveyancer to join their team in Leamington Spa.

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:

  • Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
  • Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
  • Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase

Essential Skills Required:
