My client is a leading, multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings who have been established for over 40 years. Due to continued growth within Sales, they are looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Ledbury working 3 - 4 days a week (one day to include Saturdays).
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
- Progressing Sales through to completion
Skills Required:
- Experience in Estate Agency preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well presented and well spoken
- Full UK licence and car
Working Hours:
9am - 5:30pm 3 - 4 days a week (including Saturdays)
