Teach Now are recruiting passionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school located in Harefield, Hillingdon. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who is driven to support young people with additional needs and thrives in a collaborative educational environment.

You'll work closely with students from Years 7–11, supporting them 1:1 and in small groups, helping them achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for students with a range of SEN needs
  • Support students with EHCPs, EAL requirements, and literacy challenges
  • Assist teachers in adapting resources and delivering inclusive lessons
  • Support behaviour management strategies with empathy and consistency
  • Engage in daily reading support and help track student progress
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive and safe learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with SEN or working with children in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with EHCPs and differentiated learning (preferred)
