New Roles – 6 x OPEX / Process Mapping Consultants | Mid Cap PE-Backed Portco.
London based with weekly travel to either UK sites, Scandinavia or Belgium (3 days per week on site). Languages in those countries highly desirable.
Excited to be supporting a high-growth, Mid Cap PE-backed Logistics Firm that’s entering a new phase of scale, and they’re looking for talented process mapping / operational improvement consultants to join their team.
What they’re looking for:
- Ideally with exposure to manufacturing, logistics/warehousing, engineering, retail, or FMCG.
- Someone eager to drive operational transformation in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Danish, French or Dutch speaking if possible for the Non‑UK based sites – very advantageous.
- Ability to embed yourself into internal teams and garner buy‑in and trust quickly.
- Provide key links/driving engagement between admin and operational teams for process improvements.
Role Highlights:
- Travel: 3 days per week on-site across the UK & Europe.
- 24‑month contract with a January start.
