My client is a leading and award winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Warwickshire area. They are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor or conveyancer to join their busy team based in Kenilworth.
Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must. Dealing with buyers and sellers from sale agreed through to completion. Checking chains, dealing with all agents in the chain above and below, dealing with solicitors/conveyancers. You must have experience in dealing with sale advice and knowledge of how to handle survey issues, down valuations etc.
Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:
- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience is essential
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
- A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (PART TIME CONSIDERED 3 FULL DAYS)
