The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are currently looking for a person for a full-time permanent Secretary position, working 40 hours (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) (excluding breaks) based at our office in Pembroke. We will offer a competitive rate of pay plus possible overtime.

You will be required to fulfil the following:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Credit control
  • Invoicing customers
  • Monitor Bank activity
  • Daily Banking
  • General Office duties i.e. ordering stationary, working with Directors on ordering parts etc.
  • Taking orders for plant and machinery and answering accounts queries
  • Maintaining LGV records

Essential:

  • Must have a working knowledge of being able to search online
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel etc)
