Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a leading National Security business that is on the lookout for skilled professionals to manage a portfolio of 20-30 key customer accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing position, ensuring smooth operational delivery while driving growth and long-term relationships. You’ll be working both in the office and on the road, meeting clients and ensuring their projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of regular-spending customer accounts
  • Building strong relationships and maximising growth opportunities
  • Overseeing project delivery and ensuring top-tier service
  • Identifying areas for account expansion and additional revenue
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver on customer needs
  • Travelling to client sites to maintain and strengthen relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in contract management, account management, or similar within the Security, Facilities or Construction Sectors.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business growth mindset
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently & collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable with regular customer visits & travel
