Class 1 Personnel are looking to speak with chefs for a Head Chef role based in Crowthorne RG45 6BQ. Managing two neighbouring residential units specialising in Neurodivergent care and Learning Challenges with a total resident population of circa 32 plus support and maintenance staff.
Each unit has a chef and two commis in situ creating nutritious, well-balanced Kosher food from scratch. A background in Jewish cuisine is an advantage but not a necessity; the Scheme Managers and Rabbi are on hand to guide and coach. There is ample scope to grow into this role; willing enthusiasm for food goes a long way!
Hours are 5 days out of 7 to include some weekends, 39 hours per week with a salary bracket of £32-40k pa. Benefits also include internal training and development, eyewear and eye test discounts, referral bonuses and access to the Blue Light Card.
This role is subject to references and DBS Clearance due to working with vulnerable individuals in the Healthcare sector.
