Part time HR Advisor - 22-24 hours per week
Driffield - site based
Permanent
up to £36k Full time equivalent
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Support with recruitment and best practices around recruitment.
- Manage Employee Relations including disciplinaries and sickness.
- Supporting managers with any potential change management.
- Support with Payroll.
We are looking for:
- Proven background in HR working as a true generalist.
- Experience with Payroll.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
- Ability to build relationships with managers at all levels.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
