We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Administrator who is from the Sales support background to join our client team on a temporary 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting operational and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Matching and Validation: Compare and update customer and reseller information across different systems to keep records accurate and aligned.
- Deal Management: Route incoming sales deals to the correct team members to ensure smooth processing and faster turnaround times.
- Cross-Team Support: Work closely with other departments to resolve urgent or complex sales-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Case Assignment: Review new cases and assign them based on predefined sales rules and guidelines.
- Customer Service and Support: Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Good experience in Data Entry and Sales support is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience is required - Must have.
