Gallery Manager responsibilities:
- To inspire, motivate and lead your small team of Art Consultants to drive and achieve sales targets throughout the year.
- Overseeing the implementation and effective use of business development activities, organising promotional events, and generating interest for your gallery.
- Supporting our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery.
- Highly presentable and exceptional customer service and communication skills in person and by phone.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs.
- The ability to operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery.
- Strong communication skills and a good eye for detail.
- The ability to handle moderate physical duties on a daily basis.
