- Starting salary of Β£26,000, rising to Β£27,000 after a year and Β£29,000 after two years (subject to satisfactory reviews).
- First-year on-target earnings: Β£28,000 - Β£29,000 with commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and win new clients within the driving and industrial industries.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and assess suitability for various roles.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all workers meet legal and compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, certifications, and industry standards.
- Sales & Targets: Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and training.
- Onboarding & Aftercare: Manage the placement process, ensuring both clients and candidates receive top-quality service and post-placement support.
