Our transfer guidance team are looking for a new executive to join the team. The main purpose of the role is to provide telephone and email-based support, assistance, and guidance (factual information, non-advised) to The People’s Pension members wanting to, or considering:
- Transferring out
- Transferring in
- Additional contributions
- Retirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance availability for inbound calls with proactively managing outbound call workloads via:
- Calls and emails directed to the team.
- Call-back requests.
- Follow-up calls or emails if the member requires further information or clarification.
- Offer support and assistance if having system issues or queries, either explaining how to do it online or, if still struggling or no online access, offer to process over the phone.
- Keeping their 'pot’ with The People’s Pension.
- Transferring in other 'pots’ to The People’s Pension.
- Making additional contributions (lump-sum or regular payments directly to The People’s Pension or via their employer).
- Retirement (conversion from a pension accumulation to The People’s Pension decumulation solution).
Skill set required:
- A good knowledge of pension accumulation and decumulation solutions.
- Be able to make sound, fair and compliant judgements to ensure the desired outcome for both the Company and customer.
- Be confident and experienced in dealing with factual and sometimes challenging customer interactions.
- Handle interactions to the highest standard of customer care and resolve them satisfactorily.
