Hybrid working - Gaydon

£49 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Group Scrum Master to join their team.

As Group Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:

  • Guiding and coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Helping Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done
  • Helping removal of obstacles to Scrum Team's progress
  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox
  • Helping stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work

  • Agile experience
  • Automotive Product Development
  • Hardware delivery experience
