We are recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a small, friendly company based on the outskirts of Petersfield in the Liss area working for an extremely interesting and specialist automotive company. If you have a passion for cars, especially high-end vehicles, this company would definitely interest you.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Haas CNC 4-axis turning centre producing automotive components.
  • Set existing programs.
  • Create and validate new programs using a combination of offline and online programming.
  • Work cross-functionally with the engineering manager and other production team members to optimise the manufacture of complex parts.
  • Support the inspection function of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience with CAM / CAD software (CAMWorks, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • A background with HAAS or Fanuc would also be ideal.
  • Problem-solving experience.
  • Confident working within a small team.

Package

  • Salary £38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
  • Summer shutdown.
  • Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm.
  • Early finish on a Friday 1pm.
  • Overtime opportunities.
