We are recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a small, friendly company based on the outskirts of Petersfield in the Liss area working for an extremely interesting and specialist automotive company. If you have a passion for cars, especially high-end vehicles, this company would definitely interest you.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Haas CNC 4-axis turning centre producing automotive components.
- Set existing programs.
- Create and validate new programs using a combination of offline and online programming.
- Work cross-functionally with the engineering manager and other production team members to optimise the manufacture of complex parts.
- Support the inspection function of the business.
Requirements
- Experience with CAM / CAD software (CAMWorks, SolidWorks, etc.)
- A background with HAAS or Fanuc would also be ideal.
- Problem-solving experience.
- Confident working within a small team.
Package
- Salary £38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
- Summer shutdown.
- Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm.
- Early finish on a Friday 1pm.
- Overtime opportunities.
