We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established site near Driffield. The rate of pay is £13.21 per hour, weekends £14.21 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are: 6am to 6pm. Applicants must have their own transport due to the rural location of the site.
Important information:
- Training period: Until 20th June, your working pattern will be Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm while you complete full on-site training.
- Peak season: From 20th June to the first week of September, your shift will change to Friday to Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm.
- Weekend working is essential during this time, as this is the site's busiest season. Weekend premiums will apply.
- After peak season, the role will return to the standard Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm shift.
Your Time at Work
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organise goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock handling and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
