This is a lovely company based in Welwyn Garden City who are looking for a customer service advisor to join their team as soon as possible. We are looking for the right person who wants to learn and progress in their career. This role offers full training so would be ideal for someone just starting their career or maybe someone who has recently finished University.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responding to customer service queries that have been raised by account managers
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers regarding EV charging points and CMS usage
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to EV chargers and guide users through steps to reach a resolution
- Monitoring and escalating issues to technical support teams as needed
- Assisting customers in setting up and configuring charge points on the CMS portal
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
- Ensuring the correct process, housekeeping and information is provided within CRM and the CMS portal
- Completing any ad-hoc tasks that have been issued
- Preparing EV contracts for the business development team and customers
- Staying up to date with product and software updates to provide informed support
