They are committed to excellence in providing high-quality solutions for the fire and security industry and due to continued business growth, an opening has arisen for a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to join the team based in Colwyn Bay.
Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Fire Alarm Installation Engineer:
- Undertake the installation of fire alarm and security systems to a high standard of workmanship
- Gain an understanding of the clients’ needs and fulfil all jobs required whilst working in co-operation with the required site conditions
- Implement and act in accordance with the organisation’s information security policies
- Protect assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
- Report health and safety and potential security events or other risks to the organisation
Essential Skills & Experience Required for our Fire Alarm Installation Engineer:
- A level 3 electrical qualification
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with fire alarm systems
- Great communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
- DBS check
- Ideally located within approx. 30 minutes of the Colwyn Bay area
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, overtime paid at time & a half, extra payment when on the out-of-hours on call rota, plus call-outs paid at double time (the out-of-hours rota is shared between the team).
