Would you like to work for a unique and prestigious establishment nestled within the Hampshire Countryside? Do you have 4* or 5* hospitality experience in a customer facing position? If so, then we are seeking an experienced and personable individual who will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing staff, coordinating service across departments, and ensuring that all members receive outstanding experiences, putting in place SOP.

  • Operational Management
  • Supervise the daily operations
  • Putting in place standard operating procedures and service processes
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments (front-of-house, kitchen, cleaners, etc.)
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are prepared and presentable.
  • Maintain and enforce policies, standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding member service.
    • Assign duties and shifts, always ensuring appropriate staff coverage.
    • Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure staff are performing to high standards.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Member Relations
    • Foster positive relationships with club members, addressing any concerns or special requests.
    • Ensure that all members and guests are greeted warmly and attended to promptly.
    • Respond to member complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the founder and membership team on member feedback and suggestions for service improvements.
  • Event Management
    • Assist in the planning and execution of private events, dinners, and functions.
    • Work closely with the Membership & Events coordinators to ensure all member events run smoothly.
    • Supervise set-up and break-down of events, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous 4* or 5* hospitality experience a must along with a proactive approach to setting high standards.
