The Package:
- Up to £25,000 basic salary per annum
- 20 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00

The Property Manager Role:
- Negotiate deposit returns and ensure compliance with estate agency regulations
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, meticulously collecting evidence for dispute resolution
- Engage with landlords and tenants via email and phone, working to resolve disagreements related to deposit returns through the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)
- Input invoices into the system, manage day-to-day inquiries, and assist with the viewing and inspection processes
- Schedule property viewings and inventories, email tenants for appointments, and manage diary bookings
- Upload inspection reports and communicate findings to landlords
The Person:
- Has prior experience in deposit negotiations or compliance within the estate agency sector (highly desirable)
