Mid-Weight Interior Designer required to join a luxury hospitality design practice in West London. Due to an increase in projects, there is now an opportunity to join an internationally recognised studio and work on concept development, FF&E and IA. Salary of up to £40,000.
The practice is an award-winning design firm with offices located across the globe, who are often recognised for their luxury designs and prestigious portfolio of hospitality projects. This role will see the successful candidates working on hotel projects from concept development through to installation.
Role & Responsibilities- To create concept development and design proposals
- Produce mood boards, FF&E specifications, and scheduling
- Assist with the creation of technical drawings and joinery detailing, both 2D in AutoCAD and 3D in SketchUp
- Liaise with contractors and clients, when required
- 3+ years' high-end hospitality experience
- Proven experience in concept design
- Strong knowledge of high-end products, materials and finishes
- Interior architecture experience and ability to produce drawings to design intent
- Good knowledge of suppliers and the ability to communicate with them efficiently
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Sketch Up
- Salary of up to £40,000 DOE
- 20 days holidays + Bank Holidays
