A Mid-Weight Interior Designer job is now available with a multidisciplinary practice based in North London. This role will see you working on all stages of high-end commercial and hospitality projects. Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE.

Established in 2008, this multi-disciplinary practice has a team of 50 architectural and interior design staff. Their portfolio includes both refurbishment and new build schemes.

With an exciting pipeline of work, they are currently looking for an experienced Mid Weight Interior Designer to join their commercial team on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Working on projects from start through to completion
  • Producing design schemes and putting together presentations
  • Working on all stages of FF&E including concept design, bespoke furniture and joinery, specifications (soft and hard finishes) and schedules
  • Interior architecture; producing drawing packages including space planning, elevations and joinery design
  • Collaborating with architects and other team members when needed
  • On-site inspections and installations
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years' experience working on projects from start through completion
  • Experience and interest in working on a mixture of commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure projects
  • Good concept development abilities and experience
  • Experience working on all FF&E stages
  • Good knowledge of materials, finishes and suppliers
  • Good interior architecture experience and the ability to produce drawing packs and detailed drawings
  • Experienced in Revit, SketchUp and the Adobe Suite
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
