We are working with a leading contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This is a full time, 3 month fixed term contract position (with the possibility of being extended) based in Stratford.
As a Recruitment Administrator your tasks will include:
- Working alongside the Recruitment Manager on live vacancies within the business and assisting in the recruitment process
- Advertising vacancies (both internally & externally)
- Reviewing job descriptions with managers
- Organising interviews with managers
- Providing feedback to recruitment agencies
- Ensuring that all managers follow the recruitment process
- Working alongside the HR team to assist in the onboarding process
- Keeping an up to date report on recruitment activities
- Any other ad hoc admin and project related duties
Essential criteria:
- Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Professional and confident.
- Diplomatic and discreet with the ability to handle sensitive matters.
- Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
