Our client is expanding their team and seeking enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultants who are passionate about travel and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Share your travel knowledge to craft unforgettable, tailor-made holidays.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a fantastic commission structure.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to drive repeat business and secure bookings.
  • Promote a wide range of travel packages across the UK, Europe, USA, and worldwide.
  • Handle both in-person retail sales and remote inquiries via phone and email.
  • Upsell additional products such as car hire, attraction tickets, and transfers.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with products and supplier offerings.
  • Accurately manage customer bookings and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Keep brochures and promotional materials stocked and well-organized.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming retail environment.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on tasks as needed by the business.
