Spirehouse are currently supporting a Local Authority in the East Midlands for a Reactive Repairs Supervisor. The Opportunity: My client in the East Midlands is seeking a Reactive Repairs Supervisor to join their repairs team. The appointable individual shall ensure that the Councils property and estates are maintained in a safe condition which minimises risk to the Council as Landlord.
The successful candidate will:
- This role shall be customer-facing, so exceptional customer service shall need to be delivered to contractors and tenants of the properties.
- Carry out pre and post-inspection visits of more complex repairs to diagnose defects, schedule works and/or monitor quality.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enable the safe, effective and efficient utilisation of resources.
- Lead by example on Health and Safety, values and behaviours and adherence to financial regulations.
- Provide administration and organising of repair works to Council properties.
Further information:
- Interviews to commence ASAP.
- Interim at 3 months – possibility to go permanent.
- £30 per hour via umbrella.
- Full-time at 37 hours.
- Van/pool car provided.
Requirements:
