We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate and level-headed Supervisor to join our close-knit team and run shifts including some weekend shifts. The Pub / Bar is an exciting and competitive business. As soon as our customers walk through the door, they will get that high energy buzz rush through them whilst feeling that competitive drive and you will be part of the team that delivers on that!
Location: Yardley
Hours: Varied including weekends and shift rotas
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the manager in running the bar shifts
- To assist in managing, training and developing the team
- Organise and run shifts and ensure the team provide excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Strive towards and help drive sales through managing promotional staff
- Ensuring food, cocktails, drink packages, music, games are all consistently at a high standard
- Hold the duties of a key holder
Essential Experience:
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Able to work weekends/ shifts on a rota basis
- At least 2 years in the hospitality industry
- Able to train staff up to deliver this service
- Supporting with event planning
