Job Purpose Salix has experienced significant growth, leading to the creation of this new role to support the People team. We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst with experience in HR & Payroll functions. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Salix HR system, provides data analysis and reporting, and supports internal and external stakeholders with high-quality insights. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work under conflicting deadlines, and proficiency in managing complex data are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the HR system/database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR. Automate and improve HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting processes. Lead system improvements, data cleaning, and new functionality integration. Create user guides and train HR team members to enhance system proficiency. Design and maintain KPI/MI reports using tools like Excel and Power BI. Collaborate on HR system migrations, payroll data reconciliation, and HR projects. Support the employee lifecycle, including new starter processes, benefits, and compliance. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers. Assist with salary reviews, performance bonus processes, and workforce modeling.
