As a General Manager, you will be passionate, fun, energetic, love leading from the front, and being the face of the business. Responsibilities Driving customer service standards in your site. Driving sales and ensuring site profitability. Training, coaching, and developing your team. Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to H&S guidelines. Achieving store and company KPI’s. Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis. Ideal Candidate Have a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
