The Company: Get Recruited is a boutique consultancy located in the heart of Manchester City Centre with 5 core specialisms, including Accountancy & Finance Recruitment. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager with exceptional new business skills to build a strong client following within the Accountancy & Finance space.
The Business Development Manager Role:
- Responsible for winning new business for our Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Division.
- Strategically targeting Finance Directors/CFOs, Financial Controllers & Finance Managers to seek out Permanent Qualified, Part Qualified and Transactional Finance vacancies.
- Proactive outreach (Phone, Teams/Zoom, Face to Face meetings) to key decision makers to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of new business.
- Onboard new vacancies from the SME space and larger organisations, building partnership-style relationships.
- Enhance relationships within previous/existing accounts to convert to exclusive businesses.
- Negotiate terms of business, securing both contingent and retained business opportunities.
- Take detailed briefs on hiring requirements, ensuring high levels of commitment and onboarding only fill-able opportunities.
- Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for wider specialisms provided by the business.
- Build personal brand on LinkedIn to generate a natural following and inbound opportunities.
The Person:
- Must have previous experience in Permanent Recruitment within an Agency environment as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant or Business Development professional.
- Proven experience of winning new business within the SME Space in recruitment is essential; experience in Accountancy & Finance Recruitment is a significant advantage.
- An ambitious and career-driven individual who is commercially focused and results-driven.
- A natural communicator with the ability to build instant relationships with senior financial leaders.
- Potential future leadership traits would be an advantage.
- Confident around recruitment technology.
